Charges, Payment Terms & Refund Policy

1. Service Charges

  • Fees are determined based on complexity, time, and professional expertise.
  • Quotes are estimates only and may change if additional work or unforeseen complexities arise.
  • Charges apply exclusively to agreed services and are due upon completion, regardless of whether the client files the return.

2. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: E-Transfer, Cheque, or Cash.
  • Late Payment Policy:
    • Payments not received within 15 days of invoice date will incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
    • Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and collection actions.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Fees represent compensation for professional time and expertise, not for the outcome of any tax filing.
  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced or services have been delivered.
